Welcome to the CAPS Forum, a section of the CAPS website that has been created for members to discuss important issues related to Bargaining.  This moderated Forum is open to all CAPS members after successful registration.

CAPS looks forward to resuming negotiations with Governor Newsom after the membership rejected the tentative agreement from December 2022. The CAPS Bargaining Team is working to prepare for continued negotiations with this administration.

CAPS wants to provide YOU a space to communicate with other members, without potentially releasing confidential strategy to the public, departments and/or the Administration.
